Detox Day 7
Yay, day 7 already! I am excited, since I feel like I am getting more energy, and I didn’t have to go hungry or feel deprived ever. This has not been true for other detoxification programs I have tried in the past.
I also did get past those “emotional cravings.” I noticed that habits are hard to break. For example, when watching television, my right hand demands to be shoveling something into my mouth. Hmm. Stop it!
Here are some of the changes I have noticed so far:
- Less bloating – This alone has made me feel thin and lean.
- Better vision – I had often felt almost blind first thing in the morning, my vision was so blurred. It’s much better now.
- Frequent bowel movements – Frequent and easy, enough said.
